Currently, there are 3 builders: JM Weston homes, Hi-Point Home Builders and David Weekley.
The neighborhood is considered a low maintenance community with small yards, but it’s done this way by design. The close proximity to parks (dog parks) and trails allows for almost endless hikes and walks. Community yard space is taken care off by the HOA. Get out and ride the nearby trails, enjoy the city and don’t worry about taking care of your home.
The individual home designs are different from the models that you find in the rest of the city. The home designs are upbeat, modern with classic and elegant touches. Diversity is the karma.
